Although we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the Downtown Toronto area market, as that is where we both have traded real estate for Traci- 13 years and Keith- 7 years, we are extending our knowledge to the Stouffville & Uxbridge markets.
After opening up an office together in the King West area in 2008, we gained marketshare in the neighbourhood and excelled at our service and comittment to our clients. When the commute got the better of us, and our home life with our 2 beautiful girls became too much of a juggling act, we put the business on the market to come home! We had multiple offers on our business, which is much like what we did with many of our listings!
We are out and about on the streets of Stouffville and Uxbridge everyday, as we have made this area our home over 2 years ago. Since then, we have made it our business to know about everything in the area that can influence property values and to be on top of what is going on, to give you excellent information to make educated decisions.
